Upload trouble

My son’s school is participating in the #GreatListen. Unfortunately, we are unable to upload from our iTunes StoryCorps app or a recording on my Apple MacBook Pro. The screen looks like it is uploading but after waiting for over 1.5 hours and checking my son’s profile, the recording upload does not complete nor show in his profile. Love the idea, love StoryCorps on NPR but VERY disappointing for sure.

BTW - the rating uses the words “I hate it” Hate is a powerful word and way too strong a word for an iTunes rating. This is the only reason I have given 2 stars otherwise I would give 1 star since the app is not operational.
